Non-Returnable Product

For hygiene and personal care reasons, Men's Vests (Innerwear) sold by LEE MIRO are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

Eligible for Replacement

A replacement may be provided only if:

• You receive a damaged product.

• You receive a defective product.

• You receive the wrong item or wrong size compared to your order.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product

• Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

• A replacement cannot be arranged.

• Your order is cancelled before shipment.

• The product is confirmed to be unavailable after your payment.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
